There are six meridians on the front, back, inner, and outer sides of the lower limbs, including the Kidney Meridian, Liver Meridian, Spleen Meridian, Bladder Meridian, Stomach Meridian, and Gallbladder Meridian, which lead directly to the soles of the feet. The first four meridians, in particular, are closely related to sexual function; therefore, stimulating these meridians can also strengthen sexual function.

Aging begins from the feet.
