The best preventative measure is exercise, such as walking at a pace of 100-120 steps per minute for one hour daily, and doing exercises once in the morning and once in the evening. Excessive mental exertion can lead to various cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and hypertension. Therefore, it is essential to adhere to a regular work-rest schedule, avoid overworking the body, and pay attention to the balance between work and rest.
